Why this site exists

Most of my work is on backend systems that aren’t public. This site is a place to show what I build for myself and write about what I learn along the way.

I like trying new technologies on real projects. Sometimes that means learning Swift to build an iPhone app. Sometimes it means writing a tool for my own work or setting up infrastructure to work with AI agents locally.

Two of those projects already have pages here: TCleanner, for searching Telegram history with regular expressions, and VCompressor, for compressing photos and videos on iPhone and iPad. Neither is available in the App Store yet; their pages describe what they do and where development stands.

I also use AI agents in my daily work. On recent projects, I wrote Claude Code plugins that brought company services into the team’s development workflow, with read-only database access, logs, Jira and end-to-end testing. That helped reduce task delivery time to one or two days. I still define the requirements, review the changes and decide what gets merged.

The blog is where I can explain the work behind a project: the problem I was trying to solve, what I tried and what needed fixing. I enjoy getting into an unfamiliar domain and tracing a difficult problem to its root cause. Those details are often more useful than a list of technologies.
