Software developer with eight years in web development, three of them as the lead of a team of 5–10 developers. Most of my projects are backend systems: online stores, an encrypted messenger, a CRM, and now a fintech product. I also look after the infrastructure my code runs on, from CI/CD pipelines to my own server. In 2026 I started an iPhone app in Swift, a language I hadn't used before.
I like learning new technologies and trying them on real projects. I regularly build tools for my own work. I get up to speed quickly in unfamiliar domains and dig into how the business works. I see myself as a troubleshooter: I investigate difficult problems and work through them to the root cause.

August 2024 to March 2026 · Warsaw, Poland Secure messenger. Backend for an end-to-end encrypted messenger built on the
Signal protocol, with voice and video calls over WebRTC and chat over WebSockets. I built
the admin panel for monitoring and user management. I tuned MariaDB schemas and indexes
for heavy traffic and ran deployments with Docker and GitLab. I also wrote a Telegram bot
for subscriptions and crypto payments.

CRM for photographers. Laravel backend and API for a project-management

Backend Developer

Development Team Lead
March 2021 to February 2024 · Kyiv, Ukraine / Minsk, BelarusI led 5–10 developers across three client projects, mostly Magento stores. I reviewed code, agreed priorities with stakeholders and suggested changes to improve conversion. I also ran the infrastructure and deployments myself.
Full-stack PHP Developer
April 2018 to March 2021 · Minsk, Belarus / Kyiv, UkraineI built and maintained Magento 2, WordPress, Drupal, Symfony and Laravel sites on MySQL, Elasticsearch and Redis. I wrote custom modules, plugins and themes and worked on page performance. I also upgraded CMS and framework versions, applied security patches, and fixed production issues in systems that other people built.
How I work with AI
On recent projects, I built custom Claude Code plugins to bring company services into the team's development workflow, including read-only database access, logs, Jira and end-to-end testing. This helped reduce task delivery time to one or two days. I also set up local development infrastructure for working with AI agents.
- I define requirements and review changes before merging. Claude Code writes the first version, and OpenAI Codex reviews plans and diffs as a second reviewer.
- Repository instructions and skills give both agents the same commands and rules. For my iPhone app, I write specs with testable scenarios and run tests, architecture checks and mutation testing to check changes.
- I manage my server from git, with encrypted secrets, pinned images, backups and a script that rebuilds it in a VM. System specs guide changes and are updated afterwards.
